5. How will I get my finished project?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive your digital files via email or USB stick, based on our agreement. We deliver only after full payment is received. Please note, delivery times might vary due to unforeseen circumstances like illness or technical issues.

6. How can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your project free of charge up to one week before the agreed date.

Cancellations within one week: 
The contractor reserves the right to retain 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the project: 
The contractor reserves the right to charge 75% of the total amount.

Cancellations after the project has begun: 
The contractor reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount.

For specific categories such as:
Music Videos
Film Commercials
After-Party Videos
Wedding Videos

For these projects:
If canceled three weeks before the start date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
Cancellations within the three weeks leading up to the project will result in 100% of the deposit being retained, 
due to the detailed planning and preparation these projects require.

In case of force majeure
In situations such as illness, you can coordinate with us to explore alternative solutions. 
If unforeseen circumstances make it impossible for us to execute your project, 
we will strive to find a suitable replacement that meets your needs and maintains our standards.

How to cancel?
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done via email. 
Please ensure sufficient notice to avoid additional charges.

7. How should I make the payment?

At AmraXismet, we apply flexible payment terms depending on the type of project.
Below you will find the details:

Deposit for service projects
For projects such as:
• Wedding videos
• Event photography
• Video productions

a deposit is required before the project can begin.

Full payment for other services
For services such as music production or commercial film/foto projects, a full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.

Payment term
Payments must be made within fourteen days from the invoice date. In case of late payment:
The client will be considered in default.
Statutory interest will be charged, increased with an administrative fee of 10%.

Additional costs or extra work
Any additional costs resulting from necessary extra work will be discussed in advance 
with the client and added to the invoice.
By paying the deposit, both AmraXismet and the client agree to the general terms and 
conditions. For any questions regarding payment options, you can always contact our team.

Question 8

8. How will I see my design and/or post-production work?

Accepted Answer

The designer will make every effort and act to the best of their ability given the existing circumstances during the project. The client is obligated to make the conditions as favorable as possible for the designer and to take necessary measures, including but not limited to instructing other involved parties.

The designer will deliver the images in their usual style, applying general image optimization to aspects such as lighting, color, contrast, and cropping. Any additional post-production work outside of this will only be done after consultation with the designer and may incur extra costs.

9. How can I book a project with AmraXismet?

Accepted Answer

Booking a project with us is quick and easy. Here’s how it works:
Select your desired service on our price list page.
Submit your project request via our application form.
You will receive a confirmation email including the invoice and agreement.

Your booking is officially confirmed as soon as the payment and/or deposit has been received and the agreement has been signed by both parties.

10. What are the publicity rights / Copyright policies at AmraXismet?

Accepted Answer

The client receives usage rights for the provided material.

These rights are limited to private use only. 
It is not permitted to use the material for business (commercial or non-profit) purposes.

Note that this rule applies only to private users and/or TFP (Time for Print) productions. 
Different publicity Rights / Copyright policies apply to business companies and commercial clients.

Publication of photos on the internet is only allowed if the designer is explicitly credited with the photo and/or if there is a reference to the designer’s website, Instagram account, or Facebook account.

AmraXismet reserves the right to use the digital product files for its own promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites and blogs, advertisements, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and trade show materials.

11. Does AmraXismet have the right to use my projects for promotion?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you do not buy out the commercial logo rights and it remains in a video or project we create, 
AmraXismet reserves the right to use and share your project for our company's promotional purposes.

You remain the owner of the project. However, 
you only grant us permission to use it in ways necessary to deliver, improve, promote, and to improve ourselves protecting our services.

12. Why does my digital product/file have an AmraXismet watermark?

There are several important reasons why your digital images or photos are watermarked:

Protection of Unpaid Digital Products: Your digital product/file is a protected and unpaid digital asset.

Preview Purpose: The watermark serves as a preview to prevent unauthorized changes or use without our permission.

Prevention of Theft and Copyright Infringement: It helps prevent the risk of theft, copying, or misuse of copyright material.

Traceability: The watermark can be traced via legal cyber copyright generators if misused.

13. Are there costs for changing a sound or music in AmraXismet digital media?

Changing music in a music video project is free of charge. However, this applies only to music videos produced by AmraXismet.

For changes to audio in other types of digital media, such as:

Additional costs may apply.

14. Will we also receive the recorded footage and/or audio?

The raw footage/audio we record remains in our possession. 
These are often large files with many clips that we do not use in the final product. 
Our professional editors process these for you to create a polished result.

15. What does a video/film production cost?

Accepted Answer

Since we always provide customized services, this is a difficult question to answer. The cost depends on several factors, such as the number of shooting days.

For a shooting day with one organizer, we charge approximately €1000. After this, editing begins. Generally, our prices range between €2000 and €5000, excluding VAT, but this can vary depending on the project. An (online) commercial can cost upwards of €10,000.

If you receive a "404 Page Not Found" error message when opening your invoice,
this may be because the invoice was not downloaded from our portal within the valid period.

Don't worry!
You can easily request a new invoice by contacting our customer service and providing your Request Number.
We will then send the invoice directly to the email address we have on file!

A payment reminder is sent to notify you of an overdue invoice. 
It also requests that you settle the invoice within a short timeframe.
It serves as a friendly prompt to pay the outstanding amount within a short period.

21. What equipment does AmraXismet use for filming?

Accepted Answer

We use various types of cameras for filming.

For high-end films, we use the BlackMagic Cinema 12K-OLPF Camera. Additionally, we employ the Canon R5 for 8K photography and the BlackMagic Cinema 6K Pro for music videos. These top-of-the-line cameras film in UHD resolutions ranging from 8K to 12K, providing the sharpest images.

We also use high-quality lenses such as CineFilm lenses and Sigma lenses of various types and sizes. Additionally, we work with a gimbal, an automated stabilizing camera mount. Furthermore, we are equipped with lighting, tripods, and sound equipment.

22. Do you also film with drones?

However, it's important to note that we can't film with drones everywhere due to changing regulations. You can always ask us for specifics on this, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

25. Why do some photos or videos appear blurry or lower in quality?

Accepted Answer

Although we capture and deliver our content in high resolution, several factors can affect how the files are displayed on your device.
1. Internet SpeedWhen viewing or downloading files from an online gallery, a slow internet connection may cause a lower-quality preview to load first. Once the file has been fully downloaded, the original quality should be visible.
2. Web BrowserNot all web browsers handle high-resolution files in the same way. Some browsers may automatically compress images or display lower-resolution previews. For this reason, we recommend using Google Chrome for the best download and viewing experience.
3. Computer, Smartphone, or TabletThe quality you see also depends on the performance of your device. Older computers, smartphones, or tablets may struggle to process very high-resolution files such as 8K and may display a reduced-quality version instead.
4. Screen ResolutionEven if a file is delivered in 8K, this does not automatically mean you can view it in full 8K quality. Your monitor, television, or device must also support 8K resolution to display the file at its highest quality.

In most cases, one or two rounds of feedback and revisions are included at no extra cost.
 If additional rounds are required, extra charges will apply.

28. What is AmraXismet's liability for damage during a project?

Accepted Answer

AmraXismet is not liable for accidents or damage to third parties that occur during a project or at a rented location.
By using our services, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions, which include a limitation of liability.

Important Notice
According to the law, damages resulting from failure to comply with agreements may, in some cases, be recovered from you.

In the case of exceptionally large damage claims or a complete exclusion of liability, a court may decide to declare the liability clause partially or entirely invalid, which could result in you being required to pay the full compensation.

We strongly advise against bringing third parties or uninvited guests to the set. 
If they are present, their presence is entirely at your own liability.

In most cases, we will also request these third parties or guests to leave the set.

29. How does travel expense reimbursement work for freelancers and AmraXismet assistant TFP?

Accepted Answer

If we invite you to assist with a media production at one of our locations, you may incur travel expenses, which can often be reimbursed.

We will reimburse your travel expenses if the following two conditions apply:
1. You have been invited by us to assist with an AmraXismet media production.
2. Your one-way trip is 15 kilometers or more, calculated from the address we have on file (the address where we sent the invitation).

You will not receive travel expense reimbursement in the following cases:
- You come to assist under TFP (Time for Print) without an invitation.
- You volunteer as a freelancer at our request.
- Your one-way trip is less than 15 kilometers.

What is the amount of the travel expense reimbursement?
The travel expense reimbursement is €0.21 per kilometer. You will be reimbursed for both the outbound and return trip. The type of transportation you use does not affect the calculation. We use the ANWB Route Planner to determine the number of kilometers, based on the fastest route.

When will the money be in my account?
The money will be deposited into your account within 14 working days after the request date.

If you’ve ever had to write a treatment for a music video or corporate film, it can feel overwhelming or challenging. Therefore, we consider this an exclusive service for music video or corporate film requests.

At AmraXismet, a treatment for a low-budget music video starts at €60. The cost can rise to €150 or €250, depending on the size of the budget, script, and concept.

After the photoshoot, you’ll receive a selection of the best images, and you can choose additional photos to include in your package if you wish.

37. How long does a REQ Case remain open at AmraXismet?

At AmraXismet, we apply clear deadlines to every project:
Music and video clip projects: have a maximum duration of 30 days.
All other services: such as photography, design, or content editing, have a maximum duration of 15 days.

If there is no communication or progress from the client within the applicable time frame, this is considered a neglect of project time. In such cases, AmraXismet reserves the right to:
Add extra hours to the final invoice,
And/or close the REQ Case automatically, with no further costs or obligations.

Before this happens, our administration will always send a reminder email, indicating that if there is no response or project closure within 48 hours, we will be required to either charge for extra time or close the case without additional charges.

This ensures that all projects are handled in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Because the final result is a personalized digital product, it is not possible to offer free drafts or test versions beforehand. We begin production only after your request is confirmed and the payment is completed.

This ensures both quality and transparency. You remain in full control of the materials you provide, and you will always have the opportunity to review and approve a draft version. We only move forward with final delivery once you’re 100% satisfied with the preview.
