You'll receive your digital files via email or USB stick, based on our agreement. We deliver only after full payment is received. Please note, delivery times might vary due to unforeseen circumstances like illness or technical issues.

You can cancel your project free of charge up to one week before the agreed date.

• Cancellations within one week: The contractor reserves the right to retain 50% of the deposit.
  

• Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the project: The contractor reserves the right to charge 75% of the total amount.
  

• Cancellations after the project has begun: The contractor reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount.

For these projects:

• If canceled three weeks before the start date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

In case of force majeure In situations such as illness, you can coordinate with us to explore alternative solutions. If unforeseen circumstances make it impossible for us to execute your project, we will strive to find a suitable replacement that meets your needs and maintains our standards.

How to cancel? Cancellations or rescheduling must be done via email. Please ensure sufficient notice to avoid additional charges.

The designer requires only a deposit before the start of the project. This deposit arrangement applies only to services (Wedding Video or Event Video/Photography) projects.

All other service projects require immediate payment to confirm your request.

Payment should be made within fourteen days of the invoice date. After this period, the client is in default and is liable to pay statutory interest, increased by 30%. If the designer incurs higher costs and/or performs additional work that is reasonably necessary, these costs will be passed on to the client.

By paying the deposit, both the designer and the client agree to the stated terms and conditions.

The designer will make every effort and act to the best of their ability given the existing circumstances during the project. The client is obligated to make the conditions as favorable as possible for the designer and to take necessary measures, including but not limited to instructing other involved parties.

The designer will deliver the images in their usual style, applying general image optimization to aspects such as lighting, color, contrast, and cropping. Any additional post-production work outside of this will only be done after consultation with the designer and may incur extra costs.

Booking a project with us is quick and easy. Here’s how it works:

3. You will receive a confirmation email including the invoice and agreement.
   

Your booking is officially confirmed once the deposit has been received and the agreement has been signed by both parties.

The client receives usage rights for the provided material. These rights are limited to private use only.

It is not permitted to use the material for business (commercial or non-profit) purposes. Note that this rule applies only to private users and/or TFP (Time for Print) productions. Different publicity Rights / Copyright policies apply to business companies and commercial clients.

Publication of photos on the internet is only allowed if the designer is explicitly credited with the photo and/or if there is a reference to the designer’s website, Instagram account, or Facebook account.

AmraXismet reserves the right to use the digital product files for its own promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites and blogs, advertisements, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and trade show materials.

Yes, if you do not buy out the commercial logo rights and it remains in a video or project we create, AmraXismet reserves the right to use and share your project for our company's promotional purposes.

You remain the owner of the project. However, you only grant us permission to use it in ways necessary to deliver, improve, promote, and to improve ourselves protecting our services.

There are several important reasons why your digital images or photos are watermarked:

1. Protection of Unpaid Digital Products: Your digital product/file is a protected and unpaid digital asset.
   

2. Preview Purpose: The watermark serves as a preview to prevent unauthorized changes or use without our permission.
   

3. Prevention of Theft and Copyright Infringement: It helps prevent the risk of theft, copying, or misuse of copyright material.
   

4. Traceability: The watermark can be traced via legal cyber copyright generators if misused.

Changing music in a music video project is free of charge. However, this applies only to music videos produced by AmraXismet.

For changes to audio in other types of digital media, such as:

The raw footage/audio we record remains in our possession. These are often large files with many clips that we do not use in the final product. Our professional editors process these for you to create a polished result.

Since we always provide customized services, this is a difficult question to answer. The cost depends on several factors, such as the number of shooting days.

For a shooting day with one organizer, we charge approximately €1000. After this, editing begins. Generally, our prices range between €2000 and €5000, excluding VAT, but this can vary depending on the project. An (online) commercial can cost upwards of €10,000.

All sales are final and non-refundable once your order has been completed and delivered. We do not offer returns or refunds once the project has started. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact us directly to discuss possible solutions.

We use various types of cameras for filming.

For high-end films, we use the BlackMagic Cinema 12K-OLPF Camera. Additionally, we employ the Canon R5 for 8K photography and the BlackMagic Cinema 6K Pro for music videos. These top-of-the-line cameras film in UHD resolutions ranging from 8K to 12K, providing the sharpest images.

We also use high-quality lenses such as CineFilm lenses and Sigma lenses of various types and sizes. Additionally, we work with a gimbal, an automated stabilizing camera mount. Furthermore, we are equipped with lighting, tripods, and sound equipment.

Important Notice

According to the law, damages resulting from failure to comply with agreements may, in some cases, be recovered from you.

In the case of exceptionally large damage claims or a complete exclusion of liability, a court may decide to declare the liability clause partially or entirely invalid, which could result in you being required to pay the full compensation.

We strongly advise against bringing third parties or uninvited guests to the set. If they are present, their presence is entirely at your own liability. In most cases, we will also request these third parties or guests to leave the set.

If we invite you to assist with a media production at one of our locations, you may incur travel expenses, which can often be reimbursed.

We will reimburse your travel expenses if the following two conditions apply:

1. You have been invited by us to assist with an AmraXismet media production.

2. Your one-way trip is 15 kilometers or more, calculated from the address we have on file (the address where we sent the invitation).

You will not receive travel expense reimbursement in the following cases:

- You come to assist under TFP (Time for Print) without an invitation.

- You volunteer as a freelancer at our request.

- Your one-way trip is less than 15 kilometers.

What is the amount of the travel expense reimbursement?

The travel expense reimbursement is €0.21 per kilometer. You will be reimbursed for both the outbound and return trip. The type of transportation you use does not affect the calculation. We use the ANWB Route Planner to determine the number of kilometers, based on the fastest route.

When will the money be in my account?

The money will be deposited into your account within 14 working days after the request date.

Before this happens, our administration will always send a reminder email, indicating that if there is no response or project closure within 48 hours, we will be required to either charge for extra time or close the case without additional charges.
