Thank you for visiting and reading about AmraXismet services. These terms of service ("Agreement") govern your use of and access to our Service, Client, Digital Product, and/or Websites ("Services") of AmraXismet. (For clarity, "Services" include the "Broadcast Services" as defined below).
 

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and to review our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use and Fair Usage Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of that organisation.
 

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. If at any time you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must stop accessing or using the Service.


 

1. Agreement

By submitting a  service with in AmraXismet.com, you agree to enter into a creative collaboration in which we produce digital, custom-made services such as music videos, photography, instrumental music, and other artistic content. Production begins only after full payment and approval of the initial concept. These terms apply to all AmraXismet services.
 

2. File Submission

To start your project, we require files and information (such as images, text, audio, or video). You are fully responsible for the quality, accuracy, and rights of the materials provided. AmraXismet cannot be held liable for:

• Spelling or grammatical errors in text;

• Low-quality, incomplete, or incorrect uploads;

• Incorrect billing or contact details.
   

3. Copyrights and Ownership

All submitted content must be copyright-free or owned by you. If we suspect any copyright or intellectual property infringement, we reserve the right to decline or modify the project.

Should any legal issue arise due to rights infringement before or after delivery, you agree to indemnify AmraXismet against any legal costs or claims. We may be required to provide your contact details to rightful copyright holders if necessary.
 

4. Creative Process and Previews

Creation is at the core of our work. Based on your materials, we’ll send a first concept (e.g. video draft, photo treatment, beat preview) within a few working days.

Important to note:

• One concept is included per order.

• Changes after your approval are no longer possible.

• Major changes or additional concepts will be billed at our hourly rate (€15 excl. VAT per 10 min).

• New materials submitted during or after the concept phase may be rejected or considered additional work.
   

5. Payment

All services must be paid in advance. Production will not begin until payment has been received in full.

For business clients with invoicing arrangements, the payment term is 14 days. Late payments may result in additional collection fees:

• 15% of the invoice amount (minimum €100 for businesses);

• 15% of the invoice amount (minimum €40 for individuals).
   

6. No Right of Withdrawal

All our digital products are custom-made digital services. Therefore, once a service is submitted and approved, it is final and non-refundable, even for private individuals.
 

7. Copyright Ownership – AmraXismet

All content created by AmraXismet remains protected under copyright law. You may not resell, alter, or re-use our designs without written permission. We do not release raw project files unless previously agreed upon.

We reserve the right to reuse certain creative concepts in future works, unless otherwise discussed. However, your unique final product will not be duplicated.
 

8. Promotional Use

AmraXismet retains the right to showcase finished projects (or parts thereof) on our website or social media, with respect for your privacy. If the content is sensitive or private, we will consult you first.
