Article 1 - Publication of Visual Material
After the client/artist and/or label organizers have uploaded their music video to their YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Vevo, Instagram, Snapchat, etc., AmraXismet will upload the visual material to its social media channel within two weeks after the release date of the client and/or artist.

AmraXismet uses this visual material solely as part of our resume and/or portfolio for public purposes.
 

Article 2 - Company Logo and Promotion

Upon delivery of the music video, the company logo will be added by default.

If you prefer not to have the company logo on your music video, please indicate this when drafting your script and/or at the conclusion of the project.

If the AmraXismet Recognized Logo is removed, a fee must be paid to AmraXismet to exempt your project or product from potential conflicts.

Removing the company logo without permission or payment will be fined €1000 for violating the general terms and conditions of AmraXismet.
 

Article 3 - Customer Satisfaction

Not satisfied with your final product? You can make changes up to two times within two weeks of receiving the final product and/or approval.

We strive to not disappoint our customers and therefore offer the "2-Time Modification Plan." This plan gives customers and/or artists the opportunity to adjust their project to the desired digital product.

This plan includes:
 

• One round of adjustments in video editing.

• Two rounds of adjustments in photo editing.

• One round of adjustments for an outdoor photoshoot service.

• One round of adjustments in film service.
   

Note: The modification plan only covers changes to digital files produced by AmraXismet. Any travel expenses for external productions are not included and may incur additional costs.
 

Article 4 - Violation of Photo/Video Copyright

All photo and video material on this website is the property of AMRAXISMET (unless otherwise stated) and is protected by international copyright laws. Contact us if you wish to use any photo or video material.

Without prior written permission, no permission is granted to duplicate any photographic material created by AMRAXISMET, except for viewing it online in a browser. Any individual and/or company that (but not limited to) copies, modifies, publishes, transmits, and/or distributes, agrees to do so for a fee. Without this explicit and prior written agreement (copyright infringement), you agree to an annual fee of €1246 excl. VAT per image. This fee must be fully paid for each period between January 1 and December 31. This rate is non-negotiable and is agreed upon by using copyrighted photographic material created by AMRAXISMET.
 

Upon discovery of copyright infringement, you will receive an invoice that must be paid within 14 days. If you do not comply, legal action will be taken. No exceptions will be made.
